Nikolay Paskalev M.Sc., has over 25 years of expertise in the mining sector, specializing in data compilation, verifications and map production for a variety of geological, geophysical, and mineral resource projects. His works have been included in over 180 published National Instrument 43-101 reports, showcasing his commitment to high-quality standards in the industry.

In his role, Nikolay manages all aspects of map production and data compilation for NI 43-101 technical reports, due diligence assessments, valuations, and other essential documentation. He has spearheaded significant projects aimed at map production standardization, contributing to national resource maps used by state governments in countries including Mozambique, Togo, Botswana, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mauritania, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Rwanda, Uganda, Nigeria, Morocco, and Western Sahara.

With professional expertise spanning over 90 countries, Nikolay is exceptionally qualified to lead our exploration initiatives. His comprehensive understanding of global mining practices and regulatory frameworks positions him as a pivotal figure in advancing our corporation's strategic objectives and enhancing our exploration capabilities.

Miloslav Katsarov Ph.D. is a senior consultant geologist who has over twenty years of experience in the mining industry. His expertise encompasses the exploration and extraction of mineral resources, as well as concessions, policies, and public-private partnerships.

Previously, Miloslav served as the Director of Natural Resources and Concessions at the Ministry of Energy in the Republic of Bulgaria, where he successfully oversaw more than 500 concession contracts for extraction and managed over 300 research projects. His leadership in this role has equipped him with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and strategic resource management.

Before his tenure at the Ministry, Miloslav was the head of the National Geological Survey of Bulgaria. He also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at the University of Mining and Geology “St. Ivan Rilski” in Sofia, where he taught for nine years. In addition to his academic contributions, he has engaged in scientific research at the Geological Institute "Strashimir Dimitrov" within the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

In 2023-2024, Miloslav served as an advisor to the Minister of Energy of Bulgaria, focusing on mineral resources management. His extensive background combines practical industry experience with academic expertise, positioning him as a visionary leader for our corporation. Under his guidance, we aim to drive innovative exploration initiatives and establish a strong presence in the mining sector.

Mr. Sotirov is a seasoned exploration geologist with over 25 years of experience in mineral resource exploration. His career has been marked by significant contributions to the discovery and development of valuable underground resources. As the author of more than 55 detailed geological reports, Borislav has played a crucial role in identifying new mineral deposits.

Holding a Master's Degree in Geology with a specialization in Mineral Prospecting (economic geology), Mr. Sotirov has been at the forefront of advancing exploration techniques and methodologies in the field. His extensive knowledge and experience are expected to make a substantial impact on Etria Minerals' ongoing and future projects
